Application for Certified Social Work Manager Credential

•  Copy (PDF) of an issued Social Work Degree (BSW/MSW/Ph.D/DSW)
•  A cover letter highlighting at least 2 years of documented supervisory/leadership experience in human services; non-profit; higher education
•  A 500 word statement of the candidate’s work experience related to Leadership & Management
• Ask an immediate supervisor to complete the Certified Social Work Manager Supervisor Reference Form
• $50 initiation fee for members of national social work organizations in your country (Eg: NASW; ACOSA). Please note in application the name of the membership organization you are a part of). If you are not a member of a social work organization, the initiation fee is $150 ($100 will be refunded if the Network denies your candidature)
• Upon review and approval, this year, the CSWM's can gain their CE through attending 4^th Annual Forward-Thinking Summit- Special 40th Anniversary Institute, September 18-20th (Virtual) 12-17 CEUS
• To maintain the CSWM credential, the candidate needs to complete 12 CE hours from the Network for Social Work Management or attend our Annual Conference/Forward Thinking Summit every 1.5 years. Please note CE's issued for the CSWM are also applicable for LBSW, LMSW and LCSW.
